How to best prepare for a session or class.
* Don’t eat two hours before
* Be where your internet is strongest
* Place animals and children in another room
* Make your nest. Get cozy on the floor or in your bed
Blanket next to you; some get hot and some get cold
* Water for after
* Chapstick (optional)
* Headphones (optional)
* Eye Mask (optional)
* Pillow to scream into and to put under your head after the breathing portion is over. (but NO pillow under your head during the active breathing so that your throat is fully open)

Risks and Recommendations
While there are many benefits to breathwork therapy there are certain risks to the technique of which you should be aware. Always talk to your doctor before beginning any breathwork therapy, especially if you have a medical condition or take medications that may be affected by the practice. This includes if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
It’s recommended you do not practice breathwork if you've experienced any of the following:
